Crossing Continents: Ancient Greece and India – Worcester

elephantThursday, 16 February 2012; 7:30pm.

The February ‘12 meeting of  the Three Counties Ancient History Society.

The speaker will be Prof. Bob Arnott, medical archaeologist.

The Society was formed in August 1997 as a forum for those with a shared interest in the ancient civilisations of the eastern Mediterranean: Egypt, Anatolia, Aegean and the Near East; and in occasional forays into other areas and periods.

Meetings take the form of talks by either qualified external speakers or members with specialised knowledge and experience. There is also a Newsletter giving information of Ancient History matters culled from the Internet, media, books and conferences.
